Sommario
Il Propylée del Principato di Monaco è una struttura complessa per geometria, criticità di ubicazione, controllo delle deformazioni nelle fasi di posa e in fase finale, e interferenze tra elementi strutturali e non.
È stata gestita in ambiente BIM e industrializzata con l’utilizzo di elementi NPS®, travi miste acciaio-calcestruzzo, con vantaggi sia per il controllo in fabbrica, sia per la gestione del cantiere durante l’emergenza Covid-19.
Si segnalano la velocità del processo di costruzione, il lavoro in un ambiente protetto e controllato, l’impiego di minore manodopera in cantiere, la maggiore precisione, il trasferimento delle prestazioni di processi industriali in ambito edilizio.

Abstract
The Propylée of the Principality of Monaco is a complex structure due to shape, critical location, control of deformations during the placement and in the final phase, and interferences between structural and non-structural elements.
It was managed with a BIM software and industrialized by the use of NPS® elements, composite steel-concrete beams, with advantages for both factory control and the site management during the Covid-19 emergency.
To be highlighted are the speed of the construction process, the work in a protected and controlled environment, the use of less manpower on site, the greater precision, the transfer of the performance typical of industrial processes to the construction sector.
