If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. IUSS Press should be immediately informed if by any reason you believe that the password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner. Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering.


Refund is possible by bank swift transfer, within at most 30 (thirty) days from the reception of a document, which confirms the will to return the product. It must be sent by registered mail. The refund made is based only on price of the product, indicated in the purchase order (document that accompanies the product). The charges for shipping and delivering the product are not included in the refund; therefore these are complete responsibility of the client. We also remind that the returned product must be in perfect conditions so that the return procedure may be activated.


The two possible forms of payment, ordering from Italy or abroad, are the credit card and the bank swift transfer. For any further information, please contact:

The transactions, which are carried out trough Banca Sella’s GestPay system and are guaranteed by Verified by Visa, take place under full security conditions, thanks to the use of the communication protocol SSL v3, employing Triple Des 128 bit symmetric cryptography, and the data encryption of all parameters that are passed through the client’s browser. Further, as a result of the continuous and direct communication channels established with all credit card companies, when the payment authorisation request is forwarded to the latter, a real-time response, authorising or refusing the payment, is immediately received by the client.
In case you accidentally make a mistake in communicating your credit card data, the card manager will inform us about the impossibility to proceed; in that case, we will contact you by e-mail, telling you about the error and the way to correct it, so that you may receive the desired products without any delay.
Orders paid by Bank Swift Transfer are valid for 30 days. If payment is not made within this deadline, the orders will be cancelled.
